Abstract

There is no doubt that leaders can foster a climate and culture of entrepreneurial leadership within their organisations, but creating an organisation of entrepreneurial leaders at every level takes a focused, concerted and long term effort to shape the organisation's structures and processes. If the systems and processes that support the taking of initiative are not in place, then it will never take root.
