OPTIMIZATION TECHNIQUES IN OPTICAL NETWORKS
The different optimization methods are reviewed to completely understand the need of these techniques to solve high end problems in OPTICAL networks.
Abstract
Most High end problems in OPTICAL are facing the challenges of optimization. These challenges can be related to dimensions; differentiation etc. The conventional ways are not able to give such results as desired. Call blocking probability is very important factor to calculate in OPTICAL networks. Therefore, it becomes necessary to implement the modern optimization technique and algorithm to get highest efficiency during solution of such problems. In last few years, number of optimization methods are introduced. In this paper, the different optimization methods are reviewed to completely understand the need of these techniques to solve such problems. Here the modern optimization techniques like Honey Bee, Ant Colony, GA (Genetic Algorithm) etc. are discussed.
