Discussion on the Application of the Human Resource Management(HRM)in Library's Knowledge Management

Abstract

This paper expounds the connotation and target of library's knowledge management,and puts forward some methods for carrying out the value integration,benefit integration and post integration of the library organization and the librarians in order to meet the needs of library's knowledge management.
