Abstract

SUMMARY. The objective of this study was to determine the concentration of some essential micronutrients obtained and solubilized from vermicompost. The concentrations of the vermicompost (10, 15 y 20%) incubated in distilled water and three concentrations of potassium hydroxide ( 0, 0.5 y 1%) as an alkaline extractor were evaluated, in a completely randomized experimental design with factorial arrangement 3 2 and three replicates per treatment. Experimental units were pots with a volume of 2 L each. Each experimental unit was shaken every 24 h and aliquots of them were taken every 48 h. Analysis of Fe, Cu, Zn, Mn, and B were carried out from those aliquots taken. Besides, pH and CE values from the aliquots were taken and analyzed. An analysis of variance (ANOVA) means
