The invention discloses a guiding system of an embedded system, which comprises: a first storage area in the embedded system and an upgradeable guiding program stored in the area; a second storage area in the embedded system the basic guiding program stored in the area; when the program guiding the system, comprises steps of: 11) adding power to the system and loading basic guiding program initial part; 12) judging whether have upgradeable guiding program by the basic guiding program; if having, performing the next step; if not, performing step 14); 13) loading the upgradeable program and employing the guiding program to guide the embedded system; finishing the implement, entering step 15); 14) loading the rest part of the basic guiding program to guide the embedded system; 15) coming to the end.
