Abstract

This paper introduces a novel system for multilingual education, leveraging Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and Artificial Intelligence (AI). The system aims to democratize access to educational resources by extracting text from English PDFs using OCR and then translating and teaching the content in the user’s preferred language through AI. Additionally, the system integrates personalization, accessibility, security, scalability, and performance optimization features to create an effective and inclusive learning platform. The paper details the system's design, implementation, and evaluation, addressing the challenges and opportunities associated with multilingual OCR and AI in education. Through this work, the potential impact of the system on enhancing educational outcomes and promoting cross-cultural understanding is demonstrated. Lastly, avenues for future research and development are discussed.
