Abstract
In this paper,the transplant process and feasibiliby of the embedded operation system-uC/OS-Ⅱ on Atmega8 and the making of the test board by using WINAVR and AVRStudio4 were introduced The cheap and high-performance Mpu with Open Soure embedded OS make our study and using embedded OS easily.
