PURPOSE: A fused heterocyclic compound used as a platelet aggregation inhibitor is provided to prevent thrombokinesis with broad activity of suppressing platelet aggregation. CONSTITUTION: A fused heterocyclic compound is denoted by chemical formula 1. A pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating vascular disorder contains the heterocyclic compound or pharmaceutically acceptable salt, and pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
