Abstract

With the disappearance of rigid employment contract and increasing intenseness of human capital competition,turnover has become a great obstacle to the development of the firms. From gender composition perspective,using empirical data to do partial correlation analysis,we explore the influence of gender composition by employees level and leaders’ gender,and compare with foreign relevant literatures. The finding could help the firms adjust gender composition,improve performance and reduce turnover rate.
