This paper tries to answer the question: How does ICT affect the leadership in virtual teams?
Abstract
Today’s organizations use virtual teams in order to respond to their dynamic environments. Members in virtual teams geographically dispersed and coordinate their work predominately via information and communication technology (ICT). Leadership in virtual teams need to redefined, it is surely different from the traditional one. In this paper we try to answer this question: How does ICT affect the leadership?
