This image processing device (1) comprises: a first acquisition unit (161) for acquiring height information representing the height of a pixel as inclination information mapped to a portion of a plurality of pixels among pixels included in an image; a first setup unit (162) for setting setting information used to change the pixel value for each of the plurality of pixels to which the height information is mapped on the basis of the height information of the pixel and the height information of pixels within a predetermined range of the pixel; a pixel value determination unit (165) for determining each pixel value of the plurality of pixels to which the height information is mapped on the basis of the setting information; and a display control unit (166) for displaying an image, on a display unit (12), with each pixel value determined for the plurality of pixels to which the height information is mapped.
