The present invention relates to a language model database for language recognition, a language recognition device, a language recognition method, and a language recognition system, capable of improving language recognition accuracy by considering not only general language model data but also user language model data extracted from recognition related information which is related to a user. The language recognition device of the present invention comprises a user language input unit, a character recognition unit, a storage unit, and a word recognition unit. The user language input unit receives a language inputted by the user. The character recognition unit recognizes a character from the language inputted from the user language input unit. The storage unit collects recognition related information through common language model data, which is basically stored to stochastically infer a word or a sentence from the character obtained by recognizing the language inputted from the user, and one or more client devices used by the user after storing the common language data and comprises the user language model data which analyzes the collected recognition related information and additionally stores the same to infer the word or the sentence related to the user. The word recognition unit infers the word or the sentence based on the user language model data and the common language model data stored in the storage unit for the character recognized in the character recognition unit.
