Happiness and Education of Happiness——Reflections Based on the View of Happiness of Positive Psychology

Abstract

To lay the cornerstone for a happy life is the ultimate value demand of education.From the perspective of positive psychology,happiness is derived from not only the subjective experience,but also the objective existence,containing both joyfulness and meaning.It is enjoyable and developmental,belonging to both individuals and society,which is the harmony and unity of subjectivity and objectivity,joyfulness and meaning,enjoyment and development,individual and society.Therefore,education of happiness is to enable the educated individuals to perceive happiness from the subjective feelings and objective practice,to become aware of happiness from the happy experience and the realization of meaning,to promote happiness from the cheerful enjoyment and the development of life,and to pursue happiness from the individual payment and social dedication.
