The present invention relates to high blood pressure or treating or prophylaxis of normal fixing hyeolapjeung containing (a) and (b) as an active ingredient. (A) 2- phenyl thiazole compounds or their pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof represented by the formula (Ⅰ). (B) calcium antagonist, renin? Angiotensin system eokjeyak, diuretic drugs, sympathetic eokjeyak, at least one compound or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof selected from the group consisting of vasodilator drugs, and their pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. Further, this invention relates to high blood pressure or in an amount effective in the treatment or prevention of normal fixing hyeolapjeung, wherein (a) and high blood pressure, or method for the treatment of normal fixing hyeolapjeung or prevention comprising administering the (b).
