The cold plate further includes a strap member which serves the fastening of the transformer in the cavity of the main portion of the cooling plate, wherein the bracket member is arranged so that it comes with the main portion and the transformer in contact to dissipate heat generated by the transformer. The strap member includes a contact surface that comes with the top surface of the transformer is in contact, wherein the contact surface has an extension which is sufficient to come into contact with substantially the entire top surface of the transformer.
