The delay-dependent stability criterion with full-order state estimator is proposed in terms of linear matrix inequalities and numerical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed methods.
In this paper, the problem of state estimation for the Hop field neural networks of neutral-type is investigated. The neural networks system considered with time delays in neutral and discrete terms. The delay-dependent stability criterion with full-order state estimator is proposed in terms of linear matrix inequalities. Numerical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed methods.
