Abstract

In the present invention, an analyst starts a quantitative analysis assistance program, and specifies data files A and B obtained by measuring the same sample under different measurement conditions and performing quantitative computations. Then, quantitative tables representing the relationships between compounds and quantitative values or the like are created for the respective data files, and are displayed on screens a and b, respectively. Once the analyst specifies a compound in one of the quantitative tables, a compound that has the same name as this compound is automatically searched for in the other quantitative table. Then, if this compound is found, a chromatogram, a mass spectrum, or the like which is a measurement result for the compound and is based on the data file B is displayed together with the quantitative table on the screen b. In contrast, a chromatogram, a mass spectrum, or the like which is a measurement result for the compound specified by the analyst and is based on the data file A is displayed together with the quantitative table on the screen a. This enables measurement results and quantitative results for the same compound to be easily and efficiently compared with each other when a simultaneous multicomponent analysis is performed.
