The present invention discloses a variety of selective inhibition of EGFR mutations. The present invention describes pyrimidine derivatives containing the pharmaceutical composition, and a method of treating an EGFR kinase activity associated with a disease, said method comprising administering said pyrimidine derivative or a pharmaceutical composition containing said pyrimidine derivative.
