Abstract

1. A therapeutic drug or prophylactic for treating hypertension or high blood pressure, comprising (a) and (b) as active ingredients: (a) 2-feniltiazolnoe compound represented by the following formula (I) wherein R Calkoksigruppu, a morpholino group, 4-methyl-piperazin-l-yl group or a piperidino group; R a nitro or a cyano group; X represents a carboxyl group or Salkoksikarbonilnuyu group; and Y represents a hydrogen atom or Calkilnuyu group; or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; (b) at least one compound selected from the group consisting of calcium antagonists, inhibitors of the renin-angiotensin system, diuretics, sympatholytic agents, vasodilators, and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts. 2. The therapeutic drug or prophylactic for treating hypertension or high blood pressure according to claim 1, wherein (a) is 2- (3-cyano-4-isobutyloxyphenyl) -4-methyl-5-thiazolecarboxylic acid or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. 3. The therapeutic drug or prophylactic for treating hypertension or high blood pressure according to claim 1 or 2, wherein (b) is a calcium channel blocker, angiotensin II receptor blocker or an angiotensin converting fermenta.4.
