Abstract
Paper presents goal, scope and organization of the small student project aiming in development of software tool for improvement the communication within project team. The name of the project as well as the name of the software solution is PM Agent, describing underlying technology and used approach. The goal of the agent is to inform project team member about changes in the project activities, documentation modifications and new assigned activities. Paper focuses on the project front-end activities concerning business process modeling, defining PM Agent vision and requirements specification.
