Method for online recovering heavy metal resource from heavy metal waste water

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for online recovering heavy metal resource from heavy metal waste water. The method comprises the following steps: only adding sodium hydroxide in electroplated heavy metal waste water, and adjusting pH value of waste water without adding polymer organic flocculant such as PAC (polymeric aluminium chloride) and PAM (polyacrylamide), so that the heavy metal forms precipitate, the aim of primarily separating the heavy metal from waste water is achieved, and the secondary pollution is avoided, the cross flow filtration technology and reverse osmosis technology which are organically combined together is combined and membrane separation method is used, the aim of secondarily separating the heavy metal from the waste water again is realized, and the secondarily separated reverse osmosis produced water as plating line cleaning water is recycled, thereby realizing the cyclic utilization of water and saving a large number of precious water resource. By recycling the heavy metal in thick water recycling tank and sludge, a certain economic benefit is obtained. The zero-pollution of the pollutant is realized, the good economic benefit, environment benefit and social benefit are obtained.
