Application of Delicacy Management in Hospital Management

Abstract
Delicacy Management is of great significance to the reform of doctor-patient relationship, and to a harmonious working environment. The paper first discussed the background of delicacy management, and demonstrated the implementation of delicacy management from 5 aspects, including strengthening the management conception, improvement of rules and regulations, implementation of delicacy service, actualization of information management, strengthening the delicacy management. It aimed at increasing medical level, improving service quality, enhancing service capacity.
