Abstract

The presence of grandiosity in narcissistic personality disorder is well documented and is diagnosticall related to this disorder. This paper delineates the dynamm of such individuals, while examining how such grandiosity can be utilized in formulating an effective stratcgy for change. Several case studies are examined in this regard.
