Abstract

ABSTRACT The environmental sustainability of libraries is an important topic. While many librarians are concerned about this topic and believe that libraries have an important role to play in this area, there is still much work to do. Libraries should implement plans related to sustainability the considers all aspects of the library including the physical library building, outreach and instruction, collections (both print and digital), preservation, remote work, travel, disaster planning, and more.
