Abstract

An unmanned aerial vehicle has: a storage unit for storing a plurality of areas; a selection unit for selecting a candidate having the highest priority from among the plurality of areas as a destination of the unmanned aerial vehicle; and a change unit for changing the destination selected by the selection unit to a candidate having the second highest priority if a route to the selected destination is determined not to be appropriate for a flight of the unmanned aerial vehicle.
