Strengthen the University lay Law Education

Abstract

Sound laws and regulations of University lay the cornerstone of legal education is the driving force of its orderly development, and strengthen legal education college is non-legal professional inevitable requirement of administering education, but also strong support for education in national development. Currently, the legal profession and legal education college existence of non-industry laws and regulations are incomplete, most of the university's Professional Training program does not include professional legal education and many other issues. This paper put forward a sound industry laws and regulations, the legal system for the college education of non-legal professional teaching material; modified talents training programs, and strengthen professional legal education; speed up the legal basis for ideological and moral cultivation and the reform of teaching contents of ideas, designed to improve students legal literacy and legal awareness.
