Abstract

：With the coming of the global knowledge economy, a remarkable change has taken place in the production based on materials, which is obviously raised on the basis of high technique, high technology and service. Knowledge Management is an effective measure taken by the enterprise to increase its ability in existence and development when it is faced with the increasing discontinuous change in environment. It is applied to the developing process of the enterprise for seeking the organic combination of information processing ability with human investing ability.
