Electric vehicles (EVs) - implications for the electricity supply industry

Abstract

This paper overviews some of the implications to the electricity supply industry (ESI) of the introduction of electric vehicles (EVs). It seeks to put the roles of electric vehicles into context and offers some observations on aspects of EV development and commercialisation within Australia.
