On the Reform in Library Management System

Abstract

Separation of units under the charge of different leaders is the characteristic of the current Chinese library management system,to the detriment of the proper library development of information sharing and co-construction.Therefore,reform in library management system must be carried out through establishing "public knowledge center" to integrate literature resource and open to the whole society to promote public reading.
