According to our knowledge, this is the first case report of such coexistence. Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) and the magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography (MRCP) confirmed PSC. The sphincterotomy was performed and stent to the common bile duct was inserted. Because of the high activity of AS, treatment with adalimumab was started.
