Abstract

This paper reviews about the human leadership behaviour. Leadership is a process of social influence in which one person can enlist the aid and support of others in the accomplishment of a common task. A leader’s style is the result of philosophy, personality and experience of the leader. Some organizations have adopted group leadership. Group leadership have specific characteristics.
