This paper describes a medical condition called Computer Vision Syndrome (CVS). CVS is a relatively new medical problem that results from use of computer technology. Symptoms range from dry, itchy eyes to headaches and blurred vision. Computer users have grown from the relatively few professionals to the general work and home user, therefore this problem is becoming more extensive. This paper also describes workstations, guidelines, exercises, and suggested resources.
