Abstract

In his column, AWWA Executive Director Jack Hoffbuhr discusses good leadership in an organization and how followers can confront their leaders with bad news without fearing reprisal. Hoffbuhr offers his definition of leadership, “the effective leader is one who mobilizes others toward a goal shared by the leader and followers.”
