Abstract

Hair growth devices (20, 20A, 20B, 20C, 20D, 20E, 20F), with which growth of body hair is promoted, comprise a light source part (3) for generating light (H) having the specific absorption wavelength of water of 950 nm or 1450 nm, and a light guide part (4) for guiding the light (H) generated by the light source part (3) to the skin.
