A biofuel manufacturing device is provided to increase the recovery rate of methylester by producing biofuel from the waste oil containing free fatty acid, by esterification and to cut down the purifying cost by reducing by-products. In a biofuel manufacturing device, a stirring tank is composed of a propeller-type stirrer installed at the lower part; a see-through window installed in the middle; and an antenna unit attached at the inside. Esterification is executed by heating the mixed liquid by microwaves emitted from the antenna unit. An IR(Infrared Ray) spectroscope is installed at the see-through window of the stirring tank to measure natural frequency of the mixed liquid and to transmit measured data to a main control unit by an RJ-45 communication port. A variable frequency control unit variably controls oscillation frequency of an oscillating unit according to the control of the main control unit by a PWM(Pulse Width Modulation) controller. The oscillating unit comprises first and second magnetrons and oscillates microwaves according to the control of the variable frequency control unit. An amplifying unit comprises first and second amplifying units and amplifies the microwaves of the oscillating unit. The antenna unit comprises first and second antennas and emits the amplified microwaves to the mixed liquid of the stirring tank. An administrator operating unit comprises an average time input button, a peak frequency selection button, and a cycle selection button and transmits a control command to the main control unit through the RJ-45 communication port according to the button chosen by the administrator. The main control unit comprises a microprocessor.
