Abstract : An analysis of the MacPitts silicon compiler is presented. The emphasis of the analysis is on the interrelationshp between algorithmic syntax and resulting circuit structure. Errors inherent to the silicon compiler are investigated, and corrections to the errors are proposed. (Author)
