A Study on the Gender of Law

Abstract

Faced these questions of justness and objectivity of law from feminism,we should explore what gender the law is and the possible trend of law by the path of feminism jurisprudence and critical jurisprudence which come into being in the western sociology of law since the 80s of the 20th century.By breaking through the barrier of dualism with postmodernism,we can know what the gender of law ought to be.On the basis of surpassing the dualism established by modern enlightenment,the postmodern feminist legal theory point out the future of law after the subject is reconstructed.
