Analysis and Design of User Interface and User Experience (UI / UX) E-Commerce Website PT Pentasada Andalan Kelola Using Task System Centered Design (TCSD) Method
The stages consist of identification and observation made to the company and customers and prospective customers by interviewing and distributing questionnaires, user centered requirements analysis such as story board creation, conceptual models, and wireframe, and the last stage is doing an evaluating walkthrough based on the usability method.
Abstract
The use of e-commerce websites is now very fast because it makes it easier for sellers and customers. One company that is interested in developing an e-commerce website is PT. Pentasada Andalan Kelola. In building an e-commerce website, there is an important part, namely the appearance or user interface and user experience. Stages carried out to analyze and design the user interface and user experience in this study using the Task Centered System Design (TCSD) method which in its development is useful to identify user needs and task needs, the stages consist of identification and observation made to the company and customers and prospective customers by interviewing and distributing questionnaires, user centered requirements analysis such as story board creation, conceptual models, and wireframe. Next is to design as scenario, which is making the mockup and the last stage, namely doing an evaluating walkthrough based on the usability method using the USE Questionnaire dimension of satisfaction for the company or internal party and ease of use for customers.
