Abstract

The purpose of this paper will be to share information regarding emotional intelligence and the role it takes within an individual as well as in organizational motivation strategies for cross-cultural leadership. Additional aspects of this paper will attempt to address various strengths and weaknesses within the realm of motivational strategy as it pertains to cross-cultural leadership within one’s own and abroad geographic countries.
