Abstract
IT’s role in the business world has changed dramatically over the past decades. New technologies and techniques let enterprises get much more out of IT, while increasingly sophisticated business models have pushed IT to investigate and deliver novel solutions. Agile development led the way, and now the DevOps and DesignOps movements are hitting the mainstream. IT in businesses is now entirely a team activity. While we still need experts with deep technical knowledge, we must focus on how to get people from all disciplines working together effectively.
