Heterocyclic compounds and their use

Abstract

The present invention provides a novel compound, the compound may be used in an organic electronic device. More particularly, the present invention provides a novel heterocyclic compound, the novel heterocyclic compound may be applied to organic electronic devices such as organic EL devices, organic solar cell element, an organic transistor element, or an organic semiconductor laser device. The compound is a heterocyclic compound represented by the following general formula (1). Formula (1), R1 and R2 independently represent a hydrogen atom, an optionally substituted aryl group or an optionally substituted alkyl group; m and n independently represents an integer of 1 to 4; R1 and R2 when two or more when one of R1 and R2 may be the same or different from each other.
