In this paper an introduction about Edge computing is given and also discusses about why the authors need edge computing and basic architecture.
Abstract
After the arrival of Internet of Things, the Internet world gets enriched in the way of processing as well as responding. The cloud environment provides a buffet system of all technological facilities to the world. People cannot only remain as a customer but also a data producer mainly with the help of mobile phones. The cloud has some time constraint and security problems. So that the edge environment tries to solve some difficulties in cloud. In this paper an introduction about Edge computing is given and also discusses about why we need edge computing and basic architecture.
