Abstract
With the development of computer network and information technology,info-net has become a huge complex system.The focus of network security management has shifted from traditional detection and controlling of system performance with various control theory and technologies to enhance its controlling ability.So the importance of info-net security control was concisely introduced,the relationship between network security and control,especially the relationships among security control,security application and security attribution were explained.The concept of info-net security control system was proposed,and its control demands and system structure were analyzed in detail.It is testified that starting the info-net security research work is imperative under current situation.
