Abstract

The invention discloses a highway concrete precast block composite retaining wall structure and a preparation method. The highway concrete precast block composite retaining wall structure comprises an outer wall and an inner framework, wherein concrete precast blocks are built on the outer wall; and a rubble concrete layer is poured on the inner framework. The preparation method comprises the following steps: step I, flatly treating a soil body or a mountain or the original ground to form the outer wall and the inner framework; step II, pouring the rubble concrete layer on the inner framework until reaching certain initial setting strength; step III, adopting a special mould to form the concrete precast blocks; and step IV, building the concrete precast blocks on the outer wall. The highway concrete precast block composite retaining wall structure has the advantages that: the dimension standards are unified, factory-like processing is realized, quality is easy to control, transportation is convenient, and site masonry is convenient. The phenomena such as mud leakage, formwork shifting and the like, caused by un-tight template splicing, after cast-in-place concrete is vibrated are avoided. The highway concrete precast block composite retaining wall is especially suitable for exposed faces of structures with gradient requirements such as a bridge abutment, a side slope, a retaining wall and the like, so that upper-layer construction concrete grout is prevented from contaminating the formed lower-layer exposed face, and therefore, the construction cost is remarkably reduced.
