Abstract
This paper puts forward a new conception of creating large scale general knowledge-base on the basis of analyzing the technology of the current computer softwares , hardwares and knowledge engineering . The technical methods and the whole strategy messages of building national large scale general knowledge-base which may be adopted are discussed .
