Abstract

Gender diversification is often major and reoccurring part in the workplace culture and its impact that it directly or indirectly affect to the equity role in the institutional, societal and organizational work culture. The discussion on the gender disparity and its polarization around the globe with its effect on dilemmas and the difference in the physical and mental aspects is the core deviation part. Our study interrelates the gender diversity mainly focused on the inclusiveness of the gender equity in workplace culture constituting group of women, LGBTQ and queers. The radical change on the revolt against the dominant culture give rise to postmodern feminism culture and directed towards the neoliberalism. The past culture directly relating to the classical aspect such as patriarchal mindset and sexual aspects which puts certain gender and homophobic action portrayed under derogatory part is discussed on the portion of political and religious affiliation and the sexual stereotypes that has affected on the mental and physical level to the specific gender and the action against those beliefs and workplace culture are described profoundly in this paper.
