Abstract
A new mechanism of baryogenesis based on the study of the evolution of classical squark-slepton fields is investigated. It is shown that this mechanism can be naturally implemented in the context of the chaotic inflation scenario. This mechanism produces the baryon asymmetry of fermions at a very low temperature, T∼102 GeV, which may have important cosmological implications.
