Abstract

The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia has made the following submission to the Victorian government's review committee appointed to examine the Audit Act in the context of the national competition policy. This and the submission by the Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants which follows are published with the permission of the accounting bodies.
