Abstract
Abstract This paper describes the development of the system, named EXSGACM (EXpert System for GAs Crisis Management), that can be used effectively to support managers in performing gas crisis analysis within the Hong Kong and China Gas Co. Ltd (HKCG). The developed prototype, EXSGACM, has demonstrated the use of expert systems technology which is successful in a decision-making environment.
