TL;DR

These findings suggest that establishing a lifetime diagnosis is likely to depend on the particular psychiatric condition, and suggest a relatively good prognosis for antisocial personality and substance use disorders, and a far more chronic or recurring pattern for the functional psychoses and affective disorders.
